Erma Yunita (we call her Nita) is passionate about caring for others and has, since her University days, been very involved in voluntary work.

Community work

Nita was the leader of a couple of women’s organisations and vice president of Wanita KatoliK Republik Indonesia (Catholic Women’s Association, of Indonesia, a national organisation). Her inspirational energy and warm-heartedness in these leadership rolls gained her a wide network among businesses and various levels of government. She is an active member of Carlingford Rotary Club (in Sydney), and as a member of Rotary International, recently instigated and helped raise funds for the construction of toilets for a remote community in Singaraja, Bali. This made a huge impact to the lives of that community. More such similar projects are in the pipeline.
